The student should select one of the following activities as an adjunct to learning about O2/CO2 transport. Use some reputable resources on the internet to research your answer. All topics can be found using Google or any search engine engine of choice.

• Pioneers: Discovering the cardiopulmonary system

  Build a timeline of some the significant discoveries referencing: Galen, Harvey, Dalton and Boyle, include a very brief summary of each one's contribution.
